You have ordered successfully! What’s next?

Once you have successfully completed your order, you will receive an email with an online questionnaire which is very important to complete! In it, you need to share the unique link to your Google Business Profile location that we can use to customize your products.

This is important because this will directly display the form to place a review for your business to customers.

There will be a link listed in this email with exact instructions on where to find this link. If you have any difficulties, you can share temporary access with us and we will assist you.

Sending the order

As soon as we receive the necessary information, we will customize your selected products and ship them via the specified shipping and payment method. You can then expect your order within 48 hours.

Delivery methods

At Reviewly.bg we offer our customers the following delivery options:

• Delivery to business/personal address
• Delivery to Speedy office
• Delivery to a Speedy automatic post station

Prices for delivery

We charge the following rates for all orders from our online store, excluding digital products:

• Delivery to address – BGN 8,99
• Delivery to Speedy’s office/automatic machine – BGN 6,99

We provide free delivery for orders over 200 BGN.

Prices are valid for deliveries within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. For deliveries outside Bulgaria, we calculate the delivery according to the current prices for courier services abroad.

Payment methods

You can pay for your order in the following ways:

• For cash on delivery – the amount is paid in cash to the courier who delivers the order.
• In case of delivery by bank card – the amount is paid by card to the courier who delivers the order.
• When ordering by bank transfer – you pay the amount in advance by mobile or standard banking.
