Declaration of consent and information on the processing of personal data

‘Personal data’ means any data or information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

We do not collect or process personal data of minors (as long as we are reasonably able to know the age of the user. IV. Transfer of data to third parties

We do not sell, transfer or disclose the data we collect on our websites to anyone outside without your approval, except:

  1. in the cases prescribed by law and where necessary to comply with our legal or contractual obligations;
  2. where it is necessary for the protection of your life or physical integrity and you are unable to consent to the processing of your personal data;
  3. where this is necessary for the performance of tasks carried out in the public interest;
  4. in cases where you yourself have made such data public; and
  5. where it is necessary to protect our legitimate interests and subject to the conditions set out in applicable law.

V. Security of credit and debit card payments

d) Right to withdraw consent: users have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
