Declaration of consent and information on the processing of personal data

We would like to stress that when you visit our websites all your personal data remains confidential unless you wish to disclose it of your own free will.

We only collect personal data that you provide to us voluntarily and only for the purposes set out in this privacy policy. We do not require you to send us this data in order to provide you with access to our pages, and we do not want you to provide us with more data than is actually necessary to participate in any activity on our pages.

When you use the website https://Reviewly.bg/ (website), which also includes the online store, “KATERINA 7” Ltd. with UIC 204981218, registered office and registered address. Sofia 1700, Studentski grad, bl. 58, entrance A (“Reviewly.bg” or “Administrator”) as the administrator processes your personal data in accordance with the applicable legal provisions for the protection of personal data.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes what data is processed and for what purposes, and your rights relating to that processing. Please read these Terms carefully before continuing to use the Online Shop. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the online shop.

II. Personal data we process

‘Personal data’ means any data or information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and so that we can fulfil your order or send you, for example, updates and news by email, enter you in prize draws and let you know who the winner is, share publications, brochures and other promotional material with you or respond to your enquiries, comments and feedback.

We process your personal data only at your request, to comply with the law or to pursue a legitimate interest of the Controller, for example in certain cases where we process your data for the purposes of direct marketing and promotion of our products or services (“commercial communication”) by electronic or other means of communication. In certain cases, the processing of your personal data will be necessary for the performance of a contract concluded between you and Reviewly.bg (for example, when purchasing products in our online store, so that we can deliver the product to the requested delivery address, etc.).

• We process the following categories of personal data: contact and identification data (including name, postal address, contact telephone number) necessary to open a user profile on our website.
• The contact and identification data are necessary for ordering products in the online store and their delivery to the address you have requested;
• Data about your purchases made through the online store, e.g. products purchased, amount of the bill, payment method chosen, how often you shop;
• Correspondence data between the user and the Administrator (including data contained in the correspondence itself);
• Data about the user’s interaction with the website collected through the use of cookies.

Through this web page, we can offer you the opportunity to communicate and link to content on social networks (e.g. Facebook). If you choose to use your social media account to communicate and connect with our website, please note that social media, depending on your social media account settings, may share data from your account with us.

We do not collect or process personal data of minors (as long as we are reasonably able to know the age of the user. If you are a minor, we ask that you do not send us your personal data (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail or other data that could help us identify you) because we will have to refuse to process such communication. If, nevertheless, contact is established with a minor whose personal data has been provided to Reviewly.bg in contravention of the rules established herein, Reviewly.bg reserves the right to refuse requests received from such minor, regardless of their nature.

III. Purpose of processing personal data

“Reviewly.bg” processes personal data for the following purposes:

1. Opening user profiles on the web page;
2. Order processing in the online store and delivery of ordered products to the address specified by the user;
3. Sending commercial communications by email, mobile phone or to a postal address and delivery by courier (within the limits of your consent);
4. Participation in surveys, questionnaires and contests organized by Reviewly.bg;
5. Providing answers to questions you ask us or to your advice, comments, observations, etc.;
6. Production of various reports/statistics on how the website and the services it provides are used, including how the contracts with Reviewly.bg are fulfilled;
7. Resolve any disputes or complaints relating to or arising from the activities of Reviewly.bg.

“Reviewly.bg processes personal data for the purposes listed above on one of the following legal grounds pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation):

• for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of a contract – Art. 6, para. 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation; for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller- Art. Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;
• consent of the data subject – Art. 6, para. 6 (1) (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

IV. Transfer of data to third parties

We do not sell, transfer or disclose the data we collect on our websites to anyone outside Reviewly.bg without your approval, except:

1. in the cases prescribed by law and where necessary to comply with our legal or contractual obligations;
2. where it is necessary for the protection of your life or physical integrity and you are unable to consent to the processing of your personal data;
3. where this is necessary for the performance of tasks carried out in the public interest;
4. in cases where you yourself have made such data public; and
5. where it is necessary to protect our legitimate interests and subject to the conditions set out in applicable law.

In any event, we do not disclose your data to third parties. We will keep your personal for no longer than is necessary to carry out the above processing purposes, and more specifically for the periods specified in a legal act (e.g. for data contained in accounting documents), or if none, until the completion of the delivery of your order, but no longer than 5 years from the date of your purchase, or until the final settlement of any legal disputes, if applicable.

“Reviewly.bg may disclose some or all of your personal data to the following recipients in the manner set out below:

• Persons authorized to process personal data on behalf and on behalf of “Reviewly.bg”, respectively to collaborators and suppliers, without whom it is impossible to provide and maintain the services provided through these web pages (e.g. Web site support specialists, suppliers of ordered products or promotional materials, marketing campaign collaborators, partner organizations with whom we work on a project basis in marketing and sales.
• To a successor or successors in the event of a change in the legal status of the Administrator as a result of a reorganisation, restructuring or other change of control of the company.
• To recipients to whom Reviewly.bg is obliged to disclose personal data on the basis of the legislation in force.

V. Security of credit and debit card payments

“Reviewly.bg is committed to applying maximum security standards in order to protect the interests of buyers and prevent possible misuse of information.

Credit and/or debit card payment transactions are made with a secure 3D-Secure protocol, authenticated with 256 bits SSL encryption, which is considered a reliable way to make monetary transactions. This method allows for secure transfer of information and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the Buyer’s computer and the online payment system operator and vice versa.

That service and credit institutions exchange data using a virtual private network (VPN) that is protected from unauthorised access. Credit card numbers are not stored by and are not accessible to Reviewly.bg.

“Reviewly.bg” cannot be held liable for abuse that cannot be established to have occurred as a result of a technical failure in the web shop system or an oversight by “Reviewly.bg” employees.

VI. E-mail messages

When you send us e-mails (e-mail messages with questions, comments, objections, advice, etc., or contact samples on the web page) with personal data by which it is possible to identify you, we will only use this data for the purpose of fulfilling your request. In the event that we are unable to respond to your request/enquiry ourselves, we may exceptionally forward your email/message/request to a member of our staff or a partner organisation who can respond to your enquiry. In this case, your personal data will be removed unless all or part of it is necessary for the purpose of the response.

All employees and business partners of Reviewly.bg are responsible for compliance with the Privacy Policy adopted by the Administrator.

VII. Surveys, questionnaires and competitions

Sometimes we conduct surveys and questionnaires on our pages. The data collected in this way is only for the needs of “Reviewly.bg”. If we publish the results of a survey on our pages or on our related social networks, they will be aggregated and will not contain any personal data.

“Reviewly.bg” is not liable for any damages resulting from the unauthorized use by third parties of information from this web page for purposes other than those for which they were published.

The Reviewly.bg website uses cookies.

Cookies are small text files generated by the Website Administrator and stored on the user’s device via the web browser in order to provide better services and content to the user. By submitting personal data to “Reviewly.bg”, the respondent does not waive the rights guaranteed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria that protect personal data, especially the right to request rectification or deletion of their personal data if they are incomplete, inaccurate or incorrect, or restriction of their processing in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

As a data subject, you have a number of rights, including:

(a) Right of access: users whose data are processed have the right to obtain confirmation of this, as well as access to the personal data relating to them and information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients of the data, the period for which the data will be stored and their other rights provided for in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“General Data Protection Regulation”).

(b) Right to rectification: users have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data or the completion of incomplete data. Registered users have access to their data at any time and can correct/modify it directly via the holy user profile.

c) Right to erasure: in certain circumstances, users have the right to have personal data relating to them erased by the Controller.

d) Right to withdraw consent: users have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time.

If you only wish to change the consent settings for commercial communication, you can also do this at any time on your user profile independently.

e) Also, in certain circumstances, users have the right to object to processing, to request restriction of processing and to obtain personal data about them in a machine-readable format.

(f) Right to object to a supervisory authority: if you believe that your rights have been violated, you have the right to object to the Personal Data Protection Commission (DPPC).

1. To confirm to the user whether or not it processes personal data relating to that user/data subject.
2. To rectify or delete, without payment and without delay, personal data relating to the user/respondent.
3. To restrict or cease processing the personal data of the user/respondent.
