User reviews are among the most important components in developing a modern business. They are the personal recommendations we all look for before trying something new.
When we see good reviews, we feel more confident when deciding whether to choose a restaurant, buy a product online, or choose a service provider. Reviews give us an idea of what to expect based on the experiences of others, which is especially valuable in a world full of choices.
To make it as easy for your customers to post a new review, you must provide them with a direct link that loads the Google review form. This eliminates the need for searching, finding, and guidance.
Step 1: Sign in to Google Business Profile
The first step is extremely easy: sign in to your Google Business Profile. This free Google service allows you to create and manage business locations on Google Maps.
Logging into the platform is done by pressing the “Login” button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Choose a location
A list of all the locations you manage will load after successfully logging into your Google Business Profile (ex-Google My Business). You need to select the one for which the Reviewly NFC card will be set up.
Step 3: Find the link
You will be presented with the Google SERP with options to manage your business location. You need to select the second option, “Read Reviews.”
Clarification: you can also click on the last option, “Ask for Reviews.” It will take you directly to step 4 of this guide.
After loading the window with all the reviews for your business, press the “Get more reviews” button in the upper right corner.
